IPTU — Interferometric Phase Tracking Unit
Mobile Structure & Surface Scan Device
Predictive 3D Structural Health & Material Tomography
Non-invasive elastodynamic and structural analytics powered by mathematical environmental decoupling. Direct, sub-millisecond visibility into internal material fatigue, micro-fissures, and structural stress without physical acoustic injection.
Executive Summary: Non-Destructive Predictive Precision
Conventional structural health monitoring (SHM) and non-destructive testing (NDT) rely on active acoustic injection, ultrasonic transducence, or heavy ionizing modalities. On active construction sites, bridges, or tunnels, these conventional methods drown instantly in ambient industrial noise, wind pressure, and environmental transient vectors. They measure the sum of the chaos, rather than the core truth of the building’s integrity.
The IPTU Solution
The IPTU utilizes our proprietary, expanded 10-vector RTIC® inversion engine to passively isolate structural anomalies from environmental interference. Housed in a front-rounded, aerodynamic titanium corpus on a mobile tripod, the unit captures surface-based structural acoustics completely contact-free or via surface coupling. By integrating a precision stereo microphone phalanx (AB/ORTF), the system calculates the trajectory, amplitude, and arrival phase of incoming ambient noise before it hits the measurement target. The inversion core switches from reactive to predictive, mathematically wiping out the environmental mask in real time.
100% Passive Predictive Inversion
Fully passive measurement matrix utilizing predictive stereo vector subtraction to neutralize traffic, wind, and environmental noise directly on the FPGA.
Early Structural Fatigue Detection
Identifies micro-fissures, mechanical shear tension, and internal voids deep within concrete or composite media long before macro-structural damage manifests.
Aerodynamic Field Deployment
Front-rounded Grade 5 titanium shielding optimized for tripod operations. Eliminates self-induced wind noise and stabilizes the 8-log sensor array under extreme atmospheric exposure.
